I understand this is Tezos Mainnet: creating the contract and minting incur real tez network and storage fees even though each operation transfers 0 ꜩ. One Kukai mint approval submits 1 transaction—one Sky Noun plus 0 compact category stamps, each carrying its own deterministic Noun—so every token adds permanent storage. Each deck/slot is a distinct remix family, so minting another pairing from this same weather moment creates and charges for another family. I will review Kukai’s full estimate before approving. The place, rounded coordinates, modeled conditions, observation time, Noun flight crew IDs, background source, art recipe, optional 25-hour profile digest and weave, selected reference axis, derived engineering state vector, and stamp triggers become public metadata. “Hurricane-force” is only a modeled 10 m wind-speed band, never a storm determination or alert. These souvenirs have no promised financial value and do not prove conditions or Nouns ownership.

Mainnet records are public and persistent. Contract origination and minting transfer 0 ꜩ but still charge real tez network and storage fees. Every Weather 5 family member carries a compact, self-contained SVG with its assigned Noun; companion art also stamps the weather category and mint seat, with a deterministic Passport preview URL to help Kukai render the same composite. These are souvenirs—not financial products, weather alerts, oracle attestations, proof of conditions, or proof of Nouns ownership.
